To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Eligible Items:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Required Information:
Please include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.
