How to Use

1. Charge the device fully using the included USB cable before first use.
2. Apply the device (or adhesive gel pad, if your model includes one) to the muscle area you'd like to soothe, such as the neck or shoulders.
3. Press the power button to turn it on.
4. Select your preferred massage mode from the 8 available options.
5. Adjust the intensity level (1–19), starting low if you're new to EMS devices, and increasing gradually to a comfortable level.
6. Relax for a session of around 10–15 minutes. The device's timer will turn it off automatically.
7. After use, turn it off and store it in a cool, dry place. If using gel pads, replace them when they lose adhesion.

All orders include free shipping. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (America/Los_Angeles) will begin processing on the next business day.

We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Products must be unused, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Returns must be sent by mail. A return label is included in the package. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for refund processing after approval.
